The end of the year is fast approaching. Yet one question remains unanswered: when will we get back to normal life? The year 2020 has been more than challenging. Climate change, the pandemic, and political and social turmoil have created a chronic uneasiness among people.

Anxiety can take hold when one experiences too many unpleasant events. The changes happening on a local and global scale reflect a downward shift that may not return to its point of origin. In other words, changes are here to stay and will continue to occur for the best or worst.

We may never go back to the “normal” life we used to live. In fact, our body ages as the years go by. We learn through our mistakes and gain lessons from our interactions with others. We are never the same when we look back.

We’ve all experienced many personal transformations in our lives. But on a large scale, we should also not forget that humanity must also evolve. Unfortunately, it is through hardship that we grow.

During World War I and II, humanity went through many Christmas holidays with a sense of doom and destruction. Yet, cities were rebuilt, and many countries prospered afterward.

Quantum physics tells us that we are all made of energy. We are also an integral part of a field of energy that connects every being with a greater intelligence. When we reconnect with Source Energy, we can face adversity with calmness and courage.

Know that you are divine in nature and part of a much bigger picture.   Your consciousness can either align with chaos or with the light. You choose.

This year, let’s celebrate the holiday season with a greater awareness of the problems humanity is facing. We can only gain from using our intuition and discernment.

Whether it is a thought, a wish, or a prayer, know that the Universe is always listening. Make your wish known in your mind and heart for yourself and the world. Have clarity in what direction you want your life to take. Then, take practical steps to achieve your goals. Results may not come instantly. But with patience, discipline, and faith, you will get closer to your target. You’ll also learn along the way.

If every one of us can achieve inner peace, wellbeing, and prosperity, we can eventually lend a hand to those who need help.
